Hibajee Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Hibajee ("Hibajee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at hibajee.asia. By creating an account on Hibajee, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

To register and use Hibajee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

All deposits on Hibajee are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your Hibajee account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Hibajee does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Hibajee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance.

Hibajee reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used. If a deposit is made from a mobile wallet that does not match the account holder's name, Hibajee may suspend the account and withhold funds pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests on Hibajee are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. Hibajee targets a processing time of 15 minutes for all withdrawal requests under normal operating conditions. During periods of high demand or system maintenance, processing times may be longer.

• Withdrawals are paid in BDT to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Hibajee may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6.

Hibajee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, Hibajee will notify the player and conduct an investigation. Funds will be released or forfeited based on the outcome of that investigation.

Hibajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, free bingo cards, cashback offers, and seasonal jackpot events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all Hibajee bonuses:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by Hibajee, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games on Hibajee — including Lucky Bingo, Bingo, Aviator, Blackjack, Mines Gold, Demon Hunter, and Sports Events — operate under individual game rules that are displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Hibajee uses independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all games where randomness is a factor. This ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including Hibajee itself.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the Hibajee system.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, Hibajee reserves the right to void the round and return stakes to the player.
• Disconnection during a game round does not automatically void the round — the game will complete based on the last confirmed action.
• Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event. Hibajee's decision on disputed results is final.

Hibajee's RNG systems are audited on a regular basis. Audit results are available upon request through Hibajee support.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Hibajee and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one Hibajee account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with Hibajee games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using Hibajee for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Hibajee platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Hibajee staff or other players.
• Depositing funds from a mobile wallet not registered in your own name.

• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Hibajee support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within 5 business days.

In cases where account closure is due to a breach of these Terms, Hibajee reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final.

Hibajee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hibajee shall not be liable for:

• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

In all cases, Hibajee's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
